The Annual Report Workshop
Our workshop enables non-financial employees and managers to comfortably read and interpret your company’s financial statements.
Marketing, HR, technology and other non-financial employees often do not have the financial background to participate fully in business strategy discussions with their line clients. This course is designed to meet their needs, with concept learning and extensive hands-on practice analyzing your own company’s financial statements.
Using a combination of self-study and classroom activities, the workshop explains in crystal-clear language how financial statements measure your company’s financial performance. More important, the workshop provides skills to enable the employee to interpret the company’s performance and to compare results with competitors’ financial performance.
