Evaluating Management Effectiveness
This course helps lenders develop skills to assess the borrower’s management performance and potential.
The course shows lenders how to both observe and interview company managers, applying a three-level scale of management effectiveness that enables the lender to identify management strengths and weaknesses in the areas of market understanding, product/service competitiveness, and ability to secure and manage resources.
The program also teaches techniques for writing a meaningful management discussion-one that identifies and evaluates risk instead of providing a mere resume of credentials. (One-day course).
